RETURNS
Oh Yeah – proof of purchase is required for all returns. A receipt, packing slip, or anything referencing your order number will work. Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving your item and at your cost.
We encourage customers to inspect the contents of their package(s) upon delivery to ensure that you have plenty of time. We are unable to issue refunds after 10 days from the date of purchase.
Please handle items with care:
All items must be returned back to our warehouse in the same condition as they were received, so please treat the items with care. Please note that products which are damaged in anyway or returned in an un-sale able condition are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Un-sale able condition is described as, but not limited to, products that are dirty, visually marked, contaminated with animal or human hair, exude a smell of smoke or other odour.
If a returned item arrives in an un-sale able condition, without an authorized exception, the refund will not be processed.
EXCHANGES
At this time, we are not able to offer exchange if you change of mind or if something doesn't fit. If you would like to get an item in another size or colour, simply send back the item including the return slip for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest and most efficient way for you to get your replacement item. All returned items will automatically be refunded once accepted under the returns policy.
